We have a great opportunity for a Trust File Reviewer to join an independently owned provider of private client, corporate and fund services.
The responsibility of this role is to To ensure that SPWGL complies with all Guernsey regulatory and money laundering laws & legislation within the meanings defined within the Guernsey Financial Services Commission’s laws rules, codes etc.
Conduct robust reviews on trust and company entities, ensuring entity is compliant with the relevant laws and legal documentation, this will include but not limited to: Ensuring CDD documentation is maintained in line with the requirements of the GFSC’s AML/CFT Handbook (latest version),Entity activity is in-line with the profile, Ensuring minutes of meeting are recorded correctly.
