We have an exciting opportunity for a Temporary HR Officer to join a regulated financial services group, in Jersey, on a 12 month fixed term contract.
Key duties will include:
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all day-to-day operational employee lifecycle activities
- Become a proficient user of the current HR system, and ensure all relevant data and changes are captured
- Resolve queries received through multiple channels in a timely manner
- Ensure documentation and instruction forms are continually updated and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Ensure employee files are accurately maintained
