We have a great opportunity for a Support Engineer, working for a leading commercial business.


The successful candidate will need to be confident in their use of IT and have good communication skills, as well as being able to demonstrate an understanding of the importance of good customer service and a commitment to providing this.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Be willing to embrace change and keep up in the fast-moving landscape of IT services.
  • Be prepared to get and stay certified so as to keep up to date on the current features and  functionality available as well as current IT trends.
  • Be mindful of the ongoing and every changing cyber security threat and ensure this is considered and provided for in everything you do.
