We have a great opportunity to support the daily functions of the CSD team, to ensure the highest level of customer service delivery is provided to all customers at this leading commercial business.
In this role, you would have the day to day responsibility of:
- Uploading all new Direct Debit instructions into BACS System & working BACS reports
- Updating payments into Management Information System
- Support with posting payments and preparing file to upload into Payment System
- Support with Exposure working and actions.
- High Usage Report checks and actions.
The ideal candidate would have several years’ experience in retail sales/customer service
