We have a great opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Officer to join an international banking group.

Key duties will include:

• Partner closely with the business and key stakeholders to understand vacancy requirements, ensuring headcount and correct approvals are in place before commencing advertising
• Accurately track vacancies in a methodical, timely and accurate manner adhering to GDPR best practice
• Advertise roles in a timely manner via the Group tool TALEO and with partner recruitment agencies
• Continually monitor the market through regular networking and research, ensuring all channels available are utilised to reach and recruit the best candidates
• Organise and host regular agency briefings, presenting the business positively and as an employer of choice
