We have a great opportunity for a Senior Programme/Project Manager, working for a leader in fund and corporate services on a 12 month FTC.

 

The Business Improvement Team enables change and improvements to support the delivery of the professional and scalable Operating model. It supports and manages the Groups strategic and tactical projects, facilitate operational improvement initiatives, and have a key focus on people change management. Ensuring that there is acceptance of change and a smooth transition by the stakeholders. To do this best practice methodologies, processes, and tools are used.

 

 

The purpose of the role is to directly manage and lead a “Business Process Automation” transformational programme in redesigning and automating processes to enhance client’s journey and employee experience.
