We have a great opportunity for a Senior Operations Administrator to join an independent manager-owned professional services business in Jersey.
The main responsibilities of this role include:
- Manage & support on required premises or facilities related projects within agreed timelines
- Oversee & support on requirements for all office facilities related matters
- Troubleshoot operational problems that may become systematic issues for delivery
- Support and drive implementations of developed systems supporting infrastructure for client delivery
- Support with and oversee all relevant project administrative tasks as devised by Line Manager
- Support or lead specific internal operational projects
- Support in streamlining operational processes
