Our client are looking for an experienced, talented and highly motivated lawyer to support their rapidly growing and evolving businesses.

The successful role holder will be responsible for counselling the business operations in each of the jurisdictions they operate, by giving pro-active, professional, competent, effective and creative legal support.

The candidate must also bring negotiation and drafting skills as well as a commercial mind set to the role. They will be required to work independently as well as part of various teams and take on projects in addition to the day job.

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide legal expertise in the areas of financial services regulation, alternative investment funds, data protection and commercial contracts.
• Work closely with the Group Head of Legal.
• Oversee the work of the other members of the Legal team.
• Collaborate with internal business teams and support functions such as Compliance and Risk.
