We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst to join one of Jersey’s leading law firms. This role is available to candidates in both Jersey and Guernsey.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Deliver an effective and efficient business change service across all areas of the firm (Law, Governance Services, Consulting and Business Services)
• Work collaboratively on a broad range of initiatives focussing on our Governance Services business, continuously improving operational systems, business process and reporting across the firm in response to meeting international strategic objectives
• As part of a team comprising Business Analysts and Project Managers, work closely with colleagues in IT to understand the business needs relating to our improvement and innovation portfolios
• Gather and present functional and non-functional requirements, working individually or alongside the Project Manager and the project team to ensure successful delivery and integration of solutions into the firm
