Senior Administrator – Employer Solutions

We have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated professional to be part of an ambitious and growing team where you will play an integral part supporting the administration teams to deliver a quality professional service to trust and company clients.


This successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the monitoring of all assets held within Employer Solutions’ spectrum of service lines – pension and retirement plans, employee benefit trusts and deferred compensation plans – accurately and on a timely basis. The role will involve liaising with various teams within Employer Solutions, and the wider company, as well as third party vendors.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Run daily reports to ensure fund ranges are correct, identify any discrepancies or changes and liaise with other teams within Employer Solutions on any findings.
  • Work with Employer Solutions’ investment advisors to ensure all relevant monitoring of investments is undertaken and any recommended changes are actioned.
  • Ensure that data is collated and sent to third parties on a timely basis such that reviews of externally managed accounts and any non-standard investments are completed within agreed timeframes.
