We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales & Lettings Lead to join Jersey’s largest provider of affordable housing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales and letting agents.

Key duties will include:

• Provide knowledge, oversight and management as required to the Sales and Lettings agents
• Leading by example and delegating tasks
• Motivating the team and new recruits
• Train the team to deliver a high and modern standard of client service
• Develop and update the annual sales and lettings strategy
