We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Manager to join a reputable accountancy firm.

Key duties will include:

• Carrying-out and overseeing the reviews of real estate asset valuations in support of audit, tax, dispute or transaction purposes
• Work collaboratively with network firms, including UK, Middle East and Ireland on valuation, on audit due diligence and corporate real estate assignments
• Undertake and review real estate valuations, including financial modelling as part of the valuation process
• Preparation of presentations / reports
• Coaching more junior team members in respect of technical valuation and market knowledge as part of client assignments, in order to support the development of our growing team
