We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Sales Agent to join Jersey’s largest provider of affordable housing.

Key duties will include:

• Handling of property sales from start of the process to completion, working within the parameters our Sale of Property Policy, to include:
  o Working with our colleagues in Facilities to agree a scope of works on a particular property for sale
  o Arranging property valuations and agreeing a sale price
  o Marketing of a property to the Assisted Purchase Pathway
  o Arranging an open viewing
