We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Property and Facilities Administrator to join a well-established Jersey business.
Key duties will include:
- Be responsible for operating the help desk and ensure jobs are responded to and then closed in a timely manner
- Assist in the general management of properties under the direction of the Facilities Maintenance Manager and the Head of Property
- Administer all residential properties to include:
o Advertising any availability and arranging viewings
o Set up new leases using templates provided
o Ensure enrolment into the My Deposit scheme
o Liaising with Finance to set up rent receipts
o Carrying out annual RPI linked rent reviews
o Ensure transfer of utility bills
