We have a great new opportunity for an Office Administrator / HR Administrator to join an independent wealth management company in Jersey. This is a new entry-level, contract position, initially covering a 9 month maternity leave, with the opportunity to progress to a permanent role in the form of HR Administrator.
Key duties will include:
- Creating a service culture, providing timely and thorough assistance to colleagues, clients and suppliers
- Preparing meeting rooms and greeting visitors
- Managing agendas, travel arrangements, as well as external and internal appointments
- Utilising digital channels to support internal communications
- Organising courier services and managing the post
