We have an exciting new opportunity for a qualified lawyer (NQ to 6 PQE) to join the in-house legal team of a growing, offshore, legal firm.

The main focus of this role is providing first class legal advice and governance support to a wide range of companies, the directors and senior management of those companies and internal stakeholders.

Some of the key duties include:

• • Draft, review and negotiate contracts including client terms of business, engagement letters, NDAs and other third party contracts
  • Draft and maintain various intra-group agreements including outsourcing agreements, service agreements and fee letters
  • Identify, analyse and propose mitigation for legal, reputational and operational risks
