We have a great new opportunity available for a Legal Counsel member to join a regulated financial services group.

Key duties will include:

• Providing legal input into all aspects of the affairs of the Group across the six jurisdictions with an emphasis on the UK and the Channel Islands
• Advising the Compliance and Risk Teams in relation to the application of legal and regulatory obligations which apply to the Group in each jurisdiction
• Support the Legal Team to deliver its primary responsibilities, including the preparation and/or negotiation of various contracts to be entered into by any member of the Group
