Our client are looking for a highly motivated lawyer to support their rapidly growing and evolving businesses.

The successful role holder will be responsible for a variety of legal issues concerning alternative investment funds, regulation and commercial contracts.

The candidate must also bring negotiation and drafting skills as well as a commercial mind set to the role. They will be required to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities Include:

• Prepare and negotiate the businesses’ engagement terms of business with external clients and their lawyers.
• Provide legal advice to the business in the areas of financial services regulation.
• Represent the Group in commercial contract negotiations with third parties such as suppliers.
