We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Infrastructure Services Engineer to join the largest provider of technology solutions across the Channel Islands.

Key duties will include:

• Providing 1st, 2nd and some 3rd line support to external and internal clients
• Ensuring conformity with agreed processes, procedures and standards, as well as accurate and timely completion of associated required documentation
• Ensuring client satisfaction regarding the delivered services
• Providing resource for projects and managed service engagements as directed
• Assisting in the delivery of internal improvement projects when required
