We have a great opportunity for an IT Administrator to join a leading provider of fund administration and accounting services for private equity, debt, and real estate asset classes.

The main responsibilities of this role include:

• Carrying out 1^st line support of user requests and incidents, resolving them where possible and forwarding them on to relevant higher-level resource where necessary;
• Second line business system support. Answering standard user queries relating to the core business systems and resolving 1^st/2^ndlevel system related issues;
• User administration on business systems, Active Directory and other key systems;
• Assisting with infrastructure related matters such as desktop and device management.
