We have a great opportunity for an Insurance Director to join a leading insurance company in Jersey.

You will be expected to:

• Collaborate with the relevant senior managers, ensuring that the underwriting team is offering & regularly reviewing a product suite that meets client needs, the expectations of our capacity providers and the Group’s sales strategy
• Deliver results by challenging conventional thinking, managing risks, involving others and seizing the opportunities offered by change
• Influence and actively promote the Group’s strategy & philosophy whilst displaying its values
