We have a great opportunity for a HR Assistant to join a leading insurance company in Jersey.
Key duties will include:
- Maintain full and proper records of employee attendance and log any absences that come into the HR Mailbox
- Assist the whole HR Team with administration tasks such as collating recruitment applications through to hiring, processing contract amendments, obtaining references etc
- Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates as appropriate and liaise with hiring manager and team to schedule job interviews
- Liaise with the Head of Learning & Development to arrange appropriate induction sessions for new employees ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
- Ensure effective communication with all employees and timely resolution to all queries
