We have a great new opportunity for a Head of Compliance / MLCO to join an international banking and wealth management group.

Key duties will include:

• Work directly with the Channel Islands (Guernsey based) Chief Risk and Compliance Officer to achieve a high standard of compliance with relevant laws and instil a strong compliance and risk culture in the Jersey Branch office
• Ensure that the Bank’s regulatory risk is managed in accordance with the Bank’s (and the Group’s) regulatory risk framework and financial crime risk appetite
• Ensure that all operations are conducted in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Provide oversight of the Bank’s Compliance (including Money Laundering, sanctions and assurance function)
