We have a great opportunity for a Governance Manager to join a local Bank, providing specialist banking and investment services.

Key duties will include:

• Acting as a subject matter expert (SME) and CD representative to a number of regulatory and mandatory projects
• Supporting business preparedness to regulatory change in partnership with key stakeholders
• Chairing various formal Governance committee meetings
• Overseeing Governance and in/outsourcing key metrics to various Groups
• You will be accountable as a trusted authority on Jersey, Guernsey & IOM regulatory frameworks
