We have a fantastic opportunity for a Document Automation Manager to join one of Jersey’s leading law firms. This opportunity is available to candidates in Jersey, Guernsey or London.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Plan, design and oversee the document automation service through the whole document lifecycle
- Mature our automation methodology and processes, from idea through selection, prioritisation, execution and ongoing maintenance
- Build trusted working relationships with key knowledge stakeholders, Partners and third party suppliers
- Plan, design, build, and test automated documents and solutions using Contract Express
- Act as ambassador, leveraging on document automation opportunities throughout the firm
