We have an exciting new opportunity for a Technical Specialist to join a regulated financial services group.

Key duties will include:

• Monitor, document and maintain effective system configurations
• Management and implementation of system deployments and upgrades
• Working with team members and members of the architecture team to analyse system architecture and configurations and highlight potential improvements
• Work with the Digital Workspace Manager to review, develop, plan, and implement strategies to provide a continuous program of systems improvement
• Own and manage complex issues and see through to completion
