Digital Solutions Analyst



The main focus of this role is to support the development and continuous improvement of performant digital software solutions, across a broad spectrum of business and operational support systems with the objective of driving the business’ digital transformation agenda and providing a leading channel customer experience.


Some of the key duties of this role include:

  • Take end-user and commercial requirements and define detailed technical requirements with supporting documentation to support both in-house and outsourced development
  • Support non-technical stakeholders in clearly defining solution requirements in line with stated strategic goals
  • Undertake platform development and configuration to deliver required outcomes
  • Maintain secure development working practices, following company Dev Ops practices and governance
