We have a new opportunity for a Customer Support Specialist to join one of Jersey’s leading Banks.

 

  • This is an opportunity to work in local communities and build lasting relationships, as you help customers to access banking services through a range of channels
  • Provide multi-channel support for Customers in Vulnerable Situations, working with colleagues across all channels to provide great customer service and outcomes including referring to specialist support team
  • Build and maintain relationships with Customers in Vulnerable Situations for as long as your support is required
