This is a great opportunity for a Corporate Governance Assistant Manager to join a law firm in Jersey.


Reporting to the Corporate Governance Manager, this role’s primary objective is to be responsible for providing exceptional board support, secretarial services and other corporate governance related duties to the various in-house entities across the Group, primarily working on the legal side of the business.


Candidates will be self-motivated and highly organised individual with strong technical skills, accuracy and attention to detail.  You will be working within a small but expanding team, be expected to contribute to the training and development of the team with direct line management responsibility for at least one other team member.
