Job Description

We have a great new opportunity for a Compliance Administrator ( CDD ) to join a leading offshore law firm.

 

Principal Duties for the role are as follows:

• Collation of relevant documentation to verify the identity of clients of the Company;
• Undertaking searches of relevant databases;
• Undertaking open and closed source searches;
• Obtaining clarification from Partners and fee earners in relation to the scope of particular matters and advising on CDD documentation required;
• Liaison with clients in relation to CDD documentation requirements;
• Preparation of due diligence profile forms for submission to Matter Partners and MLRO where applicable; and
Maintenance of statistical records
