Our client are looking for a Company Secretarial Administrator to join a leading offshore service provider.
The role holder will be required to assist with the preparation of minutes, incorporations and maintaining client database under the supervision of the Manager.
- Maintaining permanent files for each client and document register.
- Collation of board papers from different sources and creating agendas and board packs.
- Organising board meetings including booking and setting up of boardrooms & arranging catering.
