We have a fantastic new opportunity available for a Client Relationship Manager to join a regulated financial services group.
Key duties will include:
- Oversee production of basic minutes by junior staff, assist in the drafting of minutes for meetings considering complex transactions and provide minutes training to the team where required
- Ensure agreed turnaround times for production and finalisation of minutes are adhered to, and assist with periodic reporting of statistics in relation to the status of outstanding minutes
- Coordinate all routine statutory filings for client entities
- Review the team’s company secretarial procedures and minutes templates to make recommendations for improvements where required
