Alexander Daniels Offshore is working with a business based in Jersey to recruit a Business Development Executive on a 6 month contract.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Booking conferences and assisting with collateral requirements and follow up
  • Maintaining conference attendance calendar
  • Work with the Head of Business Development, Europe and local client facing directors and teams to create Jersey business development and marketing plans and budgets
  • Updating budgets/spend against budget on a monthly basis
  • Pipeline oversight and reporting including support for fee earners to push opportunities from identification through the pipeline to win
  • Prepare for and chair monthly Jersey business development meetings including pipeline review, revenue progress and key client programme information
  • Conduct research and analyse information on target key clients
  • Supporting Head of Business Development, Europe with the development and implementation of our intermediary and key client management programme
  • Support the preparation of proposals and pitches where required
  • Assist with the production and collation of collateral required for business development trips and conference attendance, working with the Marketing team as needed
  • Evaluate and maintain data quality, providing guidelines and training on data quality standards;
  • Process data change management tickets for changes made within the CRM system and for changes made to data coming in from third-party systems.
  • Identify, resolve and merge duplicate contacts
  • Respond to user inquiries regarding data changes
  • Identify and correct incomplete and suspect data based on agreed mandatory requirements
  • Training of new starters and refresher training quarterly to all users;
  • 1-2-1 sessions with users to configure the system to their specific requirements post roll-out or new start training;
  • Execute data clean-up and ongoing maintenance plan
  • Identify and archive obsolete contacts according to agreed standards
  • Maintain Dynamics folders and archive folders we no longer need
  • Provide troubleshooting support for users
  • Business development activity reporting

 

Skills and Experience:

 

  • Advanced Microsoft user skills in Word, PowerPoint and Excel particularly
  • Advanced CRM system user skills
