We have a brilliant opportunity for a Business Assistant to join a leading offshore law firm in Jersey.
Our client is looking for someone to provide organisational, secretarial and administrative support to a Partner and a Property Specialist.
This position will cover parental leave, from March 2023 to February 2024. Duties will include:
- File opening and closing procedures;
- Word processing (including generating letters, engagement letters and amending documents drafted by fee earners);
- Share transfer administration;
- Scanning and organisation of files;
- Collation of client due diligence documentation;
