We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Administrator to join an awarding-winning global provider of trust, administration and fiduciary services.
Key duties will include:
- To provide assistance to the fund administrators in the administration of funds and other entities which primarily hold real estate assets in a Shari’ah compliant manner, to ensure all activities fall within the guidelines/stipulations of the statutory or governing documents.
- To become familiar with the terms of all relevant Instruments and Agreements relating to the entities under the administration of the business.
- When required, to ensure the tax status of the entities are observed with the timely completion of tax returns and the payment of any notified tax liability.
- To deal with incoming correspondence expeditiously. Reference should be made to the relevant supervisor where the demands of the correspondence exceed capabilities.
