We have a great opportunity for an Administrator to join the Client Operations team of a leading provider of private equity and real estate administration solutions.
The main focus of this role is To provide and promote a superior client experience for the Group, by providing a multi-jurisdictional service for the Institutional business from a data management and system perspective.
Some of the key duties include:
- To maintain the ongoing data management of the client lifecycle, by ensuring all client and investor static data is captured, recorded and accurate
- To maintain and develop relationships with the client teams and to promote the positive image of the Group
- Drive excellent levels of client delivery, via data quality and system automations, in line with standards, procedures and guidelines
- To maintain high level of client and investor data and guide client facing teams to accurately deliver reporting
