10 Aug Administration Assistant – Global Support Team
We have a great new opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join a leading provider of Legal services.
Key duties will include:
- Typing of correspondence and formatting documentation
- Ensuring current files are kept up to date (including filing of emails and correspondence, photocopying and scanning) and closing matters when concluded
- Preparation of invoices, sending out to the client and follow up of payments with clients
- Keeping business systems up to date
- Managing client interactions
